What will change when this is implemented? APR for base stake gets reduced, and APR for top-up stake gets increased. What will it mean for the APR as a whole?

Is there any chance you might get to be featured staking parters of Elrond network? I'm glad you were not at the time I was delegating, since most featured providers which offer such good competitive rates are already full.
